Erratum and addendum to 'Practical expressions for the design of laminated glass' [Compos. Part B: Eng. 45 (2013) 1677-1688]

Due to an unfortunate turn of events, the article referred to in the title was published with typos in some values of coefficient Ψ (mm~(-2)) × 10~6 appearing in Tables 2.1 and 2.2. In the following pages the reader can find the correct version of the tables. Consequently, the sentence at the end of page 1682, "For example, the value of coefficient Ψ for a plate of dimension 3000 mm × 1800 mm, supported on 3000 mm edge, can be found in Table 2.2 by choosing a = 3000 mm, λ = 0.6" has to be changed to "For example, the value of coefficient Ψ for a plateof dimension 3000 mm × 1800 mm, supported on a 1800 mm edge, can be found in Table 2.2 by choosing a = 3000 mm, λ = 0.6".
