摘要

Desing and manufacture of functional composite spring for a solar powered high vehicle is described. The objective is to provide an understanding of the manufacture, use, and capabilities of composite leaf springs produced by using unidirectional glass roving impregnated by an epoxy resin for light vehicle applications where the vehicle weight is of primary concern. The current design application involves a solar powered car.
