The writer wishes to tnank the discussers for their interest on the paper. The following is the writer's response to the comment.rn1. It is true the whole solutions of W and F need to satisfy the periodicity condition. But, in Shen [1], Eq. (17) is only the second term of the regular solution and does not need to satisfy the boundary condition of Eq. (9) and the periodicity condition of Eq. (8) as shown in Shen [2].
