Thanks for the reply [Composite Structures 89 (2009) 598]. It is very good to accept that the previous study should be revisited but for the correct solutions. The following issues are unresolved:rn1. Author has accepted that the whole solution W and F need to satisfy periodicity condition. It may be noted that, in addition to boundary condition Eq. (9) [Composite Structures 82 (2008) 371-381] and periodicity condition Eq. (8) for V [Composite Structures 82 (2008) 346-361], the solution must satisfy the periodicity condition: W (X, Y/R) = W (X, Y/R + 2π). Furthermore, if all the coefficients of terms with different powers of e [Eq. (24), Composite Structures 82 (2008) 371-381] also satisfy the above condition, then the accuracy would be better.
