摘要

This paper presents possibilities of analysis of thermal properties of a high power thyristor structure based on the results of photoacoustic investigations. In order to eliminate the influence of linear distortions, the idea of temperature contrasts was applied. Contrasts' characteristics were determined based upon photoacoustic images of the structure registered in harmonic and pulse excitation mode.
