摘要

The lens of social information processing positioned burnout as a jobrnattitude subject to the influence of the organization’s communication environment thatrninforms employees as to the value they and their extra role time contributions holdrnwith the organization. Participants (N¼d461), high school teachers coachingrndebate teams from 46 states, completed questionnaires. Findings showed that bothrnorganizational support and psychological contract fulfillment buffered the positivernrelationship between ERT-OCB and burnout.
