We saw the equipment requirements for the continuous dyeing of polyester / blends, the thermochamber requirement wherein the disperse dye is fixed continuously in the thermoreaction chamber and for 100% polyester fabrics the dyeing is complete and all that needs to be done is a final reduction clear with caustic soda and sodium hydrosulphite of 2 gpl and 1 gpl at a temperature of 60℃ through an open soaper which is also part of the equipment of a continuous dyeing range.
