In the recent years many big organizations have made heavy investments on state-of-the art processing machinery and infrastructure with development of human resource to meet the international standard of quality to capture export market, especially Home Textiles and made-ups. The installation of wider width looms and processing machines from manufacturers like Benninger, Monforts enabled these organizations to generate huge capacity of production of wider width fabric in India. It is also equally important to develop and establish proper working system and quality management to make operations effective and profitable.rnReproducibility of a finished fabric with regard to quality on a consistent basis at the lowest cost is one of the most serious problems faced by the processor on the shop floor.
