Successful Conference on 'German Textile Machinery for the Vietnamese Textile Industry'

FRANKFURT am Main/Ho Chi Minh City 8 April 2011 -More than 300 delegates from the Vietnamese textile industry attended the conference and exhibition "German Tech-nology for the Vietnamese Textile Industry" that took place on 6 and 7 April 2011 in Ho Chi Minh City. Decision makers as well as textile technicians informed themselves about the latest technology trends for efficient textile production, e.g. in terms of reduced energy consumption and the economical way of using raw material. The two-day conference, themed "Innovation for successful business" and initiated by the German VDMA Textile Machinery Association, was officially supported by the Ministry of Economics & Technology as well as by AGTEK, the Association of Textile and Apparel in Ho Chi Minh City.
