International players coming to India... a different context and perspective...

Some of my earlier pieces in the not-too-distant past have spoken about how the growing influence and business prospects in the Indian textile industry have seen a host of multinational industries setting up operations in India to further their business prospects here. While this phenomenon continues to hold good and grow, another pointer to the well-being of the Indian industry has been the interest that India has generated as a business destination for various leading global exhibitions. In the context of our own industry, 2 such leading global events will make their maiden foray into India over the next month or so.
