Karnataka: Yadgir to get Textile Park

A TEXTILE park of international standard will be set up in Yadgir district of Kamataka, according to a minister. Addressing presspersons recently, Baburao Chinchanasur, Karnataka Minister for Textiles and Ports, said that around Rs 10,000 crore would be invested in this project. Stating that the Nanjundappa Committee has identified Yadgir as the most backward region in the state, he said such an investment would help in developing the region.
