In 2005-'06 we had published in COLOURAGE, a series of 10 articles on the market segments of technical textiles. Since then, during the past 7-8 years there has been considerable progress in this area of activity both globally and especially at national level, the relevant details of which were given in the earlier Parts and repeated in the following 'Introduction' section of this Paper.
