Colourtex: the largest fully integrated sustainable manufacturer of dyestuffs

Colourtex, today, is the largest dyestuff company in South Asian subcontinent with annual installed capacity of 90,000 tons dyestuffs, 66,000 tons dye-intermediates and 20,000 tons textile and leather chemicals. The seed of what is today a massive Colorutex tree was sown in the late 1960s when Mr Jayanti Jariwala, a young enterprising commerce graduate began a modest dyestuff trading business in Surat, a small industrial town of Gujarat in India.
