I guess all of us have seen recent reports of one of India's largest textile exporters and producers facing its problems on account of investigations of its supplies to major US retailers. While dissecting this, let us leave out specific names, since the idea is to analyse the immediate problem, its larger ramifications and its solutions, if there be any.
