DMAI webinar on Safety measures for the colourant industry

"Levi" Leathers of Dow Chemicals noted that Safety was more profitable than unsafety. DMAI organised one such webinar featuring two speakers, Mr. Adnan Ahmad, Head of Country Cluster India, Clariant India and Mr.Vijay Bhujle, GVS Cibatech Private Ltd on 21 June 2021 to share his expertise on process safety. Dr. Shavak Bhumgara, Hon. Secretary moderated the proceedings and Q/A. The other speakers will be lined up in few weeks to benefit the members. Excerpts follow: In his welcome address, President Mr. Janak Mehta emphasized that the safety measures are to be strictly followed in the prevailing circumstances to avoid any catastrophical effect. He stated that the webinar will be very much useful to the participants to take adequate safeguards from safety point of view.
