Hypetex and SHD Group collaborate to offer coloured technical textiles

HYPETEX, award winning innovators in carbon fibre colourisation technologies, and SHD Group, manufacturer of advanced composite tooling and component prepreg materials, have joined hands to supply Hypetex coloured fabrics with SHD's MTC epoxy resin systems. Hypetex's cosmetic finishes will now be available in combination with SHD's prepreg systems. Hypetex's colourisation process can be applied to a variety of reinforcement fibres including carbon, glass, aramid, and even natural fibres, and offers customers a selection of aesthetically appealing finishes across many industry standard fabric formats. For non-standard solutions, Hypetex will also work closely with development teams, creating innovative and tailored formats to meet customer's specific design requirements.
