To some stitchers, evenweave fabric and Aida cloth are one in the same. But many more needlework fabrics fit the evenweave definition, including waste canvas, needlepoint canvas and rug canvas. These fabrics are made of cotton, linen, blends, and even vinyl, but they all conform to the definition of evenweave.
