It's July, so it must be mid-year show season. Only those of you who are new to the industry need to be reminded not to plan vacation time the last two weeks of July. For as long as I can remember, this industry schedules two major shows for those weeks, ACCI and NATS. Oh, there was one year when ACCI organizers tried to tell us that June was a better fit for their mid-year show. But that was as accepted as graciously as was the fashion industry's attempt to tell New York women that Brown was the new Black. No way! We like things the way they were.
