Spring/Summer 2005: Soft and Pretty

Neutrals such as nude or 'taupey' pink, khaki tan, pearl gray are the newest palette. Accent these colors with apricot, pale blue or washed denim blue. Soft pastels including light green, bubble gum pink, lemon yellow and peach also will abound. Accent these colors with strawberry, coral or pale rose. In the mid-tones we see tangerine, amethyst, aqua, kiwi green and begonia pink. In the brights we forecast an interest in canary yellow, bright orange, emerald, fuchsia pink, grass green and sunburn red. Darks will include blood red, wine, black, indigo navy and chocolate brown. Gold is the number one metallic with silver coming in second.
