As I mentioned in a previous column, from time to time I'll be bringing you conversations with craft authors. I'm always surprised at how easy crafters make it look, and I guess that's the key to the great ones. I've had the pleasure of being able to spend some time with some of the most talented and creative people in the craft world. Their effortless way of making their craft, and the way they put you (and your customers) at ease when you try it, makes you believe you can do it, too, And often, they're right. It takes practice, to be sure, but what skill doesn't?
