The Disney Experience is supposedly like none other. It's better. Disney's fixation with excellent customer service is studied by companies all over the world. It sets a standard that is difficult to achieve unless you commit a serious budget to training employees on how to be nice, really nice, and your selling environment is controlled, really controlled. Rumor has it that the flowers at all Disney parks are pollinated by employees. Why? To keep the bees away. Heaven forbid a visitor should suffer a sting!
