Mesa Labs acquires sterilisation process control business

Mesa Laboratories has acquired all outstanding shares of SIMICON, a producer of cleaning and biological indicators (BIs) located in Germany. SIMICON produces both cleaning and BIs, which will be integrated into Mesa's Biological Indicators division, expanding Mesa's presence in Germany and throughout Europe.
