This seminar will cover the fundamentals of alternative project delivery using a Construction Manager-based delivery method, including CMGC, CM-at-Risk, and CMAgent. It will also discuss the life cycle of a CM project from concept through construction completion. You will learn how to develop the solicitation, evaluate proposals, develop a GMP pricing structure, and maximize the benefit of early contractor involvement in the design process.
