In One of the most challenging periods that the networking giant has ever faced, Cisco Systems exceeded Wall Street's expectations in February by posting $4.7 billion in net sales, and an operating cash flow of $1.4 billion for its second quarter ending January 2003. While sales were just below last year's second quarter ($4.8 billion), that stability has some analysts rethinking their prediction of a flat 2003.
