BEST Inc. Rework Stencil

BEST Inc. "StikNPeel" single-use, flexible rework stencils are flexible, single use adhesive-backed stencils that give several advantages to the user. One of the biggest advantages is that the quality of the paste print is improved as the "tacky" adhesive makes sure that the stencil stays coplanar to the board during paste printing and that solder does not smear underneath the stencil. In addition, the flexible nature of the stencil allows it to be placed in crowded areas of the PCB without relying on time-consuming tape down or fixturing methods common to metal stencils.These stencils are made from a specialty Mylar material and are available in 4, 5 and 6mil thicknesses. QFPs and other devices and areas down to 0.5mm pitch can be fabricated. Each stencil is cut to order from customer datasheets, GERBERS or dxf/dwg files.
