Tgem is a remote single management system for multi-vendor CPE deployment, which benefits from complete TR-069 support. tGem meets all relevant specifications to manage all services beyond triple play on home gateways, set-top boxes, VoIP phones, or femtocell devices. All the data in the tGem occurs in real time. tGem can provide a historical overview of the data and the latest values from the dashboard that summarizes the population status for different factors (e.g., software upgrades, newly activated devices, alarms, etc.) to the status reports and monitoring available on each device.
