What's the current state of IT hiring at Bay Clubs? One of the things I always say is that we're always hiring. We're always looking for people with a great personality and passion for growth and learning. It's not just about finding that skill set in technology; it's finding people who want to engage in the business, who want to learn, who can take a lot from different areas, whether its operations, sales or marketing. Finding that blended set of skills as well as experience is not an easy thing to do.
