Cinemeccanica... a pictorial history of projection development engineering

Cinemeccanica was founded in May 1920. In the beginning products included motorcycle engines and cast pieces. In 1924 the company dropped all other products and concentrated on theatre equipment. In the '30s 35 mm lightweight cameras were developed, with magnesium bodies, for aerial cinematography.
