Cardiac Metastasis From Lung Adenocarcinoma Causing Atrioventricular Block and Left Ventricular Outflow Tract Obstruction

Cardiac metastasis from lung cancer is rarely diag-nnosed antemortem, as it usually causes no symptomsnor signs. We report the case of a 56-year-old mannwith recurrent lung adenocarcinoma in whom devel-noped a large mass in the ventricular septum, com-nplete atrioventricular block, and obstruction of theneft ventricular outflow tract.
