Eleven jurors have sat in a jury box for six weeks listening to testimo- ny in a trade secrets case. The tes- timony has included highly technical scientific evidence on the manufacture of ultrastable Y zeolites used in fluid cracking and hydrocracking catalysts. Twenty-five witnesses have testified And 291 exhibits have been received. Six of the jurors are regular jurors And five are alternates, but none of Them know who is which. All the Jurors have served since the start of the Trial (1).
