High-Accuracy Digital Teslameter with Thin Three-Axis Hall Probe

Hall-effect-based teslameters are the mostly applied instruments for measuring DC and AC magnetic flux densities in the range from a few uT to about 30T. Modern science and industry have steadily increasing needs in accurate measurement of highly non-homogeneous magnetic fields. This trend introduces a number of additional requirements for good teslameters, particularly for their Hall probes.
