Growing Our Own: PNLA Leads Library Leadership Institute.

The article focuses on the retreat by Pacific Northwest Library Association (PNLA) Leads as an approach to create a network leadership and talented staff in the Pacific Northwest. It says that the objectives of PNLA include the examination of personal leadership style of participants, confidence in taking leadership action, and empowerment. It adds that applicants should be a current member of PNLA has work at least five years in a library setting with a complete application form to qualify.
