Dubai Airport's CEO said the airport will open its new UD$4.5 billion terminal incrementally, testing systems thoroughly and moving flights in bit by bit, in order to avoid the kind of meltdown that occurred when BRITISH AIRWAYS moved all its shorthaul traffic to Heathrow Airport's new Terminal 5.
