Optare's rollercoaster ride of change has brought a further alteration in its plans to reorganise factory capacity. Executive chairman John Fickling says it is now 'highly unlikely' to relocate to the large Walker Park factory in Blackburn, originally due to open earlier this year and build all models other than the Solo.
