The two remaining Welsh municipal bus companies - Cardiff Bus and Newport Bus - appear to have fallen out with each other after Cardiff Bus declined to accept Newport's Passport smartcard on service 30, which connects the two cities and is the last service anywhere in Britain still run jnintly hy two municipals.
