'Eye in the sky' to drive up standards

Telematics technology - or 'eye in the sky' as it calls it - is being harnessed by National Express to monitor how well its coaches are being driven, on-board temperature, their location and anticipated arrival time. It says this is already improving punctuality and reducing fuel consumption.
