Howard's long lost elusive Lion

Some of you may recall an article Howard Piltz wrote for April 1969 Buses about his visit to Israel two years earlier. Over 40 years later, he was looking again at one of the postcards he brought home with him and spotted something new. In among the Egged Leyland Worldmasters and Tigers at Haifa railway station, all in 1950s and early 1960s livery, what is that in the top left? It is a Lion, a cross between a Worldmaster and a single-deck Atlantean.
