Ribble Trust archivist Steven Machell killed in car accident

Bus preservationist Steven Machell, archive and events officer with the Ribble Vehicle Preservation Trust, and his wife Joan died in a car accident on the A75 near Carrutherstown, Dumfriesshire on 20 March. Both were 63. Steven Machell - a retired design and technology teacher - had many interests including the Lancaster & Morecambe PSV Society, Ribble Enthusiasts Club, Railway Correspondence & Travel Society and the Cumbrian Railway Circle.
