Fearnley restructures management team

First's new UK Bus managing director, Giles Fearnley, has undertaken a radical restructure of its deregulated bus management in England and Wales, re-designating several local managing directors as service delivery directors. Fearnley says the changes have been designed around the needs of the different areas in which First operates.
