Masters of the snow

I would like to praise all the bus drivers up and down the country who have battled through the recent adverse weather conditions. I am a regular passenger on the 3B service operated by Trent Barton. The conditions on this route on 30 November were atrocious. The bus was a mere 15/20min late, not bad at all considering the state of Hucknall Road, which is a main arterial road into Nottingham from the north. The road was literally like a sheet of glass and had obviously not been gritted by the city council, despite it having snowed for most of the day.
