Partisan decision to remove M4 bus lane

I was amazed at the recent, and foolish, decision to remove the M4 bus lane (November Buses). In fact, it smacks of being as partisan as the decision to build it in the first place. It was highly likely, as has been claimed, to have been built as part of the so-called war on the motorist' by the previous government, particularly as those driving down the M4 were considerably less likely to have come from a Labour heartland than those approaching from other directions.
