Steam bus moves from Lakes to Norfolk

Bressingham Steam Museum and the Sounders Collection have agreed a new partnership for the operation of the bus-bodied 1932 Sentinel DG4 Steam Wagon, which spent the past five years at Bowness-in-Windermere. A three-year shared ownership deal will see the steam bus operate at Bressingham throughout the tourist season, starting by Easter weekend, 6-9 April. Bressingham plans to use the Sentinel to provide a connection between Diss railway station and the immediate area to the museum, as well as to provide an opportunity for the local community to see and sample it. They also plan to take it to fairs and shows.
