Welsh bus operators still awaited news in early January of the Bus Service Operators Grant rate after March.Transport minister Carl Sargeant was considering 2012/13 funding options for BSOG, which partially rebates fuel duty, but warned operators last year to expect a significant reduction. By comparison with this, English operators were given 1 8 months' notice of the phased 20% cut, starting in April. The Scottish government has announced no decision.
