Arriva's TGM division has acquired the Gatwick operations of Flights Hallmark from Rotala for an undisclosed sum. Six buses,, two midicoaches, 11 drivers and two engineers have all moved into TGM's Gatwick depot to operate several airline crew contracts and three hotel shuttle bus routes. Hayton's Coaches has sold its coach business to Selwyns of Runcorn. The Manchester-based independent, which faced cash flow difficulties, had already given up its tendered bus operations on behalf of Transport for Greater Manchester (Buses last month).
