NU-TRACK GETS IT WRIGHT

Wrightbus pulled out of Coach & Bus Live in its own right, but besides the new double-decker on Volvo's stand there also was a piece of badge engineering in the shape of a StreetLite Wheel Forward shown by Nu-Track, the Antrim-based schoolbus and accessible vehicle bodybuilder acquired last year by Wright Group chairman Jeff Wright. In place of Wrightbus's W-shaped mouldings, this had a plain front dash on which the manufacturer's new ownership was advertised by placing the Nu-Track name across a larger W on a small badge within an oval outline. All seats in the low-floor area were replaced with tracking for wheelchairs for this first demonstration of product synergy between Nu-Track and Wright Group.
