Nottingham tops latest assenger Focus survey

Bus passengers in Nottingham have expressed the highest levels of satisfaction with their journey in the latest annual survey by Passenger Focus, the customer watchdog for England. Nottingham City Transport also has some of the highest operator ratings in the survey. The results show Nottingham city topping the area results, with 92% of passengers expressing overall satisfaction. Surveys by operator show NCT's services in neighbouring Nottinghamshire generating the highest satisfaction level (95%), while its city services tied in third place on 90% with Reading Transport, behind Oxford Bus Company at 94%.
