I knew there were service changes coming in Portsmouth before I visited. So when I finally got there on the day before First's new network came into operation, it was partly to see what was being done to bring the changes to the public's notice. It has been possible to follow some of the promotional activity through the company's Facebook pages, which also allows disgruntled passengers to air their views.
