Volkswagen integrates MAN and Scania

Volkswagen has created a new holding company, Truck & Bus, to oversee the integration of German-based MAN and Sweden-based Scania. It remains determined to maintain the separate brands in the bus and truck markets - and its own in South America-but wants to accelerate the synergies between them to achieve global expansion.
