I would like to offer a fulsome apology to Noel O'Rawe (You Write, January), who wrote to you outlining a series of errors he encountered while using our Ulsterbus 253 Ballyclare to Belfast service, not least that he had not received a written response to his complaint. Due to an extended period of leave, the service delivery manager to whom Mr O'Rawe sent his initial letter did not respond until the end of November. We should have ensured we had cover in place to look after this in the interim.
