Half-deck vies for Object of the Year

On static display at the East Anglia Transport Museum's trolleybus weekend on 24/25 September was what is believed to be the only remaining example of a half-deck coach. JVB 908 is a 1952 Leyland Royal Tiger with a 50-seat Mann Egerton body built in Norwich. It was owned by Robin Jenkinson for 50 years until donated to the museum earlier this year. It is an entry into the Suffolk Museums' Object of the Year competition.
